Filipino Love songs

I have work in the morning but here I am just drowning in love songs, not able to sleep.

I never wanted a grand love. I never wanted to have my name screamed to the world. 

I'm a hopeless person who loves love and wishes to one day get a love that grabs a hold of me and never wants to give me up. 

I want to be the one thing that person fears losing. The first and last thing on their mind. That no matter how bad life gets they'd rather stick with me because it was never a question about their feelings towards me.

I just want to be loved. To be seen. To be looked at without shrinking. Both a calm and excitement mixed in one. A love that drowns the world out when it gets too loud. A love that holds. A love that look me in the eyes and tell me they aren't ever letting go. I want to be the spark in that person's life. To be the calm in the storm for them. 

That no matter how much fear builds love will always shine through and will always reach out to me when I feel lost.

I just want love that doesn't run that doesn't hide. That doesn't question who I am in their life. I want someone who would fight for me. Who thinks I'm worth the pleasure and the pain.

But that's okay if that never happens.
