 The team requested Filipino food, team will be getting pancit today, and next month adobo when the whole team is here. Since it's Friday, we don't get lunch break at work, but they can take home and reheat it, or eat between patients. Hah. Freshly cooked too, woke up just to make food for them.

Well it's finally August. It has now officially been 1 week since we last spoke. It hurts badly to think I can just email him, but...I'm the one reaching all the time. A part of me hoped if I stepped back he would reach just a little. As long as he is happy and healthy that is all I care about to be honest. I've learned to hold my breath and deal with myself by myself for years now. I just want him happy, and I'm happy just knowing he is alive.

I'm hoping my PTO request got approved. I requested next Friday off. I have a doctor's appointment that day. I really don't want to request it.
